My Philosophy

  • My philosophy is to work with people in order to help them recognize and appreciate their humanity and potential. We all have a deep desire to find the purpose and meaning in our lives.

  • Many of us seek an intimate connection with one another and nature. There are also those who long to be linked to forces beyond their ken— such as spirits, for instance.  With a hopeful mindset and enough work, support, and focus, I can help you find your life’s purpose and to begin living your dreams.

About Me

I am a certified Shamanic Breathwork™ facilitator with the Venus Rising Institute. In addition, I am an ordained shamanic minister, a shamanic counselor, and a certified life transformation mentor. Currently, my path has taken me on a personal journey of healing.

My passion involves helping others realize their dreams, unlock their potential, and understand their spiritual identity. This is accomplished through Shamanic Breathwork™ and Harner Shamanic Counseling™.

I believe that we all possess the ability to walk between the worlds and to communicate with spirit guides and nature in our daily lives. While walking this path, I have faith that we can all tap into our own abilities to grow and heal for a happier and more spiritual life.

What Is Shamanism?

“The practice of Shamanism is a method, not a religion. It coexists with established religions in many cultures. In Siberia, you'll find shamanism coexisting with Buddhism and Lamaism, and in Japan with Buddhism. It's true that shamans are often in animistic cultures. Animism means that people believe there are spirits. So in shamanic cultures, where shamans interact with spirits to get results such as healing, it's no surprise that people believe there are spirits. But the shamans don't believe in spirits. Shamans talk with them, interact with them. They no more ‘believe’ there are spirits than they ‘believe’ they have a house to live in, or have a family. This is a very important issue because shamanism is not a system of faith.”
